Carpets / Mat Placement
Placement of the mat matters depending on the material and the traffic. If a mat is placed in a heavy traffic area, it may wear out or lose its grip and become viable to slipping and moving.
A good rug placement would be in an area with less traffic.
Nail to Carpet
This one is only for those with carpet flooring. You can nail the floor mat to the carpet itself and prevent it from moving. It is easy to install and remove.
